*Now it seems Nancy Pelosi is on the receiving end of protests from both right and left. The right wants her to stop pushing socialism, stop spending money, and re-organize the government on a more responsible fiscal scale. The left [notably, Code Pink] wants more money. No one seems to realize where the money comes from. It's yours and mine! "And we aren't going to take it anymore!" No more spending! At what point do the Democrats/Liberals expect to stop? A deficit of $3 trillion a year? A debt of $25 trillion? Why do these clowns think that throwing money at a problem and more taxation is the way to correct the ills they themselves created? When the Federal Government declares bankruptcy, are we all going to have to appear in court with our $500,000 per family to pay the debt off? When is enough enough to these people?
*Nancy and her Democrat cronies in Congress are shocked! Just shocked! that the people of the Country are against their efforts to destroy our America. I think being a Democrat, Liberal or a Socialist should be grounds for insanity pleas, and we should lock them all up and try to salvage the Country they've laid waste to before there isn't anything left.
As Grandpa Joad once said: "It's our dirt. It ain't no good, but it's ours." Is that to be all that's left of a once strong, vibrant Country once having the singular force for Democracy, Freedom and Protection? Will Obama and friends leave us nothing more than dirt? I can't wait for November when we can partially clean House and Senate. But as many pundits have predicted, the Democrat/Liberals will lie on the campaign trail to take them to a center position to garner votes. Even now, they've geared up frantically to find 'dirt' on their Republican opponents. [He sassed his Grandmother when he was eight! Is that the kind of guy you want as Senator?] And as soon as they win, they move back to radical left and socialism. When is the electorate going to learn? There is no free lunch. All that pork these guys are sending you is coming out of your own pockets and those of your neighbors and all our descendants across the country and yet to be born! And thanks to the Liberals, murder of our unborn children will lead to fewer descendants to pay the bills.
*In answer to those pundits who think we blame Obama 'for not being God', I'd say he might receive some more support if he were just a good 'community organizer.' But I think any job with responsibility is too big for him. Once again, congratulations to the Liberals, Democrats and Obama apologists [with some overlapping] of the Country that are condoning National destruction.

Perhaps he should just will his body to the worms which would certainly receive a PETA approval---unless they're allergic to tattoo ink and bad taste.
*CNBC "Teens Face Worst Summer Job Market in 41 Years" The article goes on to say that such jobs are being taken by 'older people' [ages 20-24] to supplement their income. Of course the elderly get their pans too for taking these summer jobs to help pay for the Obama tax revolution. What CNBC fails to recognize, of course is the unconscionably high minimum wage. The idea for a minimum wage was to provide some wage floor for INTRODUCTORY jobs, part-time jobs and the such---and NOT for full time workers supporting a family! With the minimum so high, the employers would rather pay for one usually reliable elderly person rather than a couple of spoiled and pampered teens. Blame the Liberal 'spread the wealth' pioneers in America. They're still around.
*Jimmy Carter is out trying to drum up national comment with his speeches about our 'addiction' to oil. There aren't enough windmills even in the imagination to make up for its loss. We need to build more nuclear plants and to drill for oil and gas on land. Up in Alaska, there's plenty of oil to drill for. Only a few people go up there anyway, so why the concern about such a small plot? [Isn't that safer than the Gulf of Mexico?] And we certainly aren't going to give up crops and sugar to generate ethanol. That won't solve the problem. Anyway, what does he want? Windmills on every car?
*BP ran into problems because it was forced to drill in 5,000 feet of water! That's almost a mile. Drilling on land can be better controlled. So if Jimmy wants to save part of his name recognition, he should be pushing for all of the above [including solar panels and coal] to help us. A growing economy needs power---as does the manifestation of our freedom to move around and insure domestic tranquility---so never mind talking about addictions, just release the restrictions on drilling and building nuclear power plants. As long as we don't have the Russians build the latter, we'll be okay.
*Let's see now. The BP well is still a problem. More oil is gushing [something that wouldn't happen if the environmentalists and Obama had let BP drill closer to land in shallower water.] And what has Obama done? Pretty much nothing but talk. He said no to Dutch and English offers of help and who knows how many other countries. He refuses help from Americans. [Hay on the oil has been proven to work, and a bunch of needed equipment lies unused in Main.] He refuses to let the Louisiana Governor do anything to stem the disaster via Coast Guard blockage. Instead of leaving at least BP to cap the gusher, he points fingers and allows his cronies in Congress to yell and point fingers and otherwise gum up the works. He uses the disaster as an excuse to push more socialist laws through the Congress. Yes. That's our Cart---er Obama.
*We seem to be stuck in Afghanistan for a number of reasons. Among other things, the people don't like us, and they often hide the insurgents. Al-Quaeda and the Taliban build and promote various projects for the people to gain their alliance---though the truth is that once in power, they'll destroy those and the people. And the rules of engagement forced on our soldiers gives them little more war authority than the corner crossing guide. [Excuse me, Mr Terrorist, may I shoot at you?]
*Nancy Pelosi is now saying that unemployment benefits create jobs. And she says that in her motherly-teaching mode, as if anything to the contrary is un-American. Sorry Nancy. Your thinking is what is un-American. You cannot in good conscience equate unemployment checks with job creation. One has no effect on the other. If she would stop Congressional spending, put proper safeguards on immigration and health-care, and leave American small businesses alone, she might actually be helping to create jobs.
So what happens? The Democrats and Nancy Pelosi reject Republican compromises when they want the bill to be paid for by spending reductions. "My concern is that the Democrats are more interested in having this issue to demagogue for political gamesmanship than they are in simply passing the benefits extension," said Sen. George Voinovich, R-Ohio, who offered a deal that was rejected by Sen. Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev. So, naturally without further ado, the Democrats chastised the Republicans for 'opposing' the benefits with Nancy calling them "just cruel" and "contrary to what our country is about.' Then the agonizing Democrats went on vacation with no further action.
*It's so incomprehensible that so many danger spots against the American state exist and continue while Obama and company eat hamburgers for photo ops, play basketball, or go to the golf course. This country needs protection and defense from the invasion from the south, invasion from the east, and dumbing-down of government via the ridiculous American Liberal outlook on the future.
*It's time for Washington to demand changes in the Mexican border activity and upgrade in human rights. Arizona isn't the problem. Inaction in Washington is. It's like a Cancer. If you don't stop it now, it's simply going to grow larger and kill more and more of the American State.
*In reality, it's going to be a long time before this country trusts and elects another black man as President. And even longer before black men and women are appointed to positions of trust such as Attorney General. It's not because they are black, but the Liberal blacks are the deal breakers. Good black men and women abound in this Country, but the Liberals have ruined politics for them. And why? To gain temporary power? To move the Country's government so far left we can't revive it? These current Liberals are a disgrace for the Country that bred them.
